As part of there ever growing team, they are looking to recruit an Office Assistant/Cordinator.
The Job Description You will ensure that all staff and visitors recieve a professional welcome to the site. Ensure telephones are answered quickly & professionally at all times, Provide admin support to internal managers, Book Keeping, Put together presentations, Organise travel, accomodation and off site requirements for employees.
Assist with organisation of corporate dinners/events for staff, Customers and Management.
Diaryt Management of meeting rooms and management of visitor requirements, Manage all stationery requirements.
Manageoffice facilities as well as Office Supplies, Keep the reception area clean and tidy. Deal with all post, Negotiationg with suppliers and placing orders.
Person Specification: The role will suit a candidate with a proven background within admin support for a coporate client ar senior levels and ideally have reception experience. Must be PC literate to intermediate level in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have excellent organisational skills and telephone manner. Good Solid Book Keeping experience, Team Player who enjoys a varied and busy role, Excellent attention to detail.
